Marvin Lewis needs to resign immediately

I believe Marvin Lewis the coach of the Cincinnati Bengals needs to resign immediately from his position of head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals. I think it's time for Mike Brown in the ownership of the Cincinnati Bengals to take some type of position on firing Marvin Lewis. Marvin Lewis has not been effective this year as coach of the Cincinnati Bengals and this action must be taken immediately if the Cincinnati Bengals ever have a chance to go to the playoffs or the Super Bowl.

Please give me your thoughts on this and let's have an open dialogue about this.
