Eagles' Chip Kelly needs to create a scheme to fit his players

So what are your thoughts on Chip Kelly of the Eagles? Do you think a resignation from him is in order at this hour. He is not measuring up as a quality player for NFL I do believe any needs to be terminated immediately I believe. He is having a horrible season and totally needs to be held responsible for his actions.
